The session will be led by our facilitators from the New Jersey School Boards Association, Mary Ann Friedman and Dr. Paul Pineiro.
Discussion will focus on district strengths, concerns, ongoing issues, and future initiatives. During this meeting, the facilitators will also gather your feedback on the qualities, experiences, and characteristics you wish to see in our next district leader. This information is essential in helping the Board develop a candidate profile that reflects the priorities of our entire school community.
