    Reporting an Absence, Late Arrival or Early Dismissal: Please report when your child(ren) will not be in school, will be arriving late, or leaving early. You may do this via the absence line (973-267-6398 option 1) or the genesis parent portal. Please include the reason you child(ren) will be absent, late, or leaving early.

     

    If your child has one of the COVID-like symptoms listed below or is feeling ill, please keep them home (siblings as well) and contact me for further guidance. 

    Symptoms: Fever, chills, rigors (shivers), muscle aches, headache, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, congestion, runny nose, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, loss of taste, or loss of smell.

    If anyone in your house is being tested for COVID-19, been exposed to COVID-19, or tested positive for COVID-19 please keep all members of the house home and contact me for futher guidance.

     

     

    General Guidelines for All Students: 

     

    Immmunizations: All students (in person and virtual) must comply with the NJ immunization standards per the NJDOH. Below is a link regarding required immunizations for K-8 students.

    ALLERGIES: All students with a documented allergy requiring an epipen must provide 2 epinephrine autoinjectors and required paperwork to be kept in the nurses's office for the school year. 

      

     Forms for physicals, sports physicals, allergies, and asthma can all be found on my website. Please use the tabs to the left to find the forms your child will need for the school year.
