We are heading into the cold & flu season along with the holidays. Please remember to continue to physically and socially distance outside of HTS. If your child has COVID-like symptoms (COVID-19 Information link) please keep your child and any siblings home as a precaution. The daily COVID screening form needs to completed by 7:45AM each morning including for students staying home for the day. The safety and health of our students is my first priority !

Please see the section regaring COVID-19 for more informaion.

Just a few reminders as we begin the 2020-2021 school year.

Immmunizations: All students (in person and virtual) must comply with the NJ immunization standards per the NJDOH. Below is a link regarding required immunizations for K-8 students.

    https://www.nj.gov/health/cd/documents/imm_requirements/k12_parents.pdf

ALLERGIES: All students with a documented allergy requiring an epipen must provide 2 epineprine autoinjectors and required paperwork to be kept in the nurses's office for the school year. Returning students, were provided the appropriate paperwork at the end of last school year. For new student or those with a new allergy, please reach out to me and I provide and explain the paperwork needed.

Forms for physicals, sports physicals, allergies, and asthma can all be found on my website. Please use the tabs to the left to find the forms your child will need for the school year.
