    MEDICATION POLICY
     
     

    *All medication must be in its original container and be properly labeled.

    *The pharmacy label must state the student's name, medication, dosage, doctor's name and date prescription was filled.

    *Over the Counter/Nonprescription drugs should have the student's name affixed to the original bottle.

    *Medication that comes with a physician's order can be kept in the nurse's office for the entire school year as long as the prescription is current. 
     
     
    Please contact me with any changes in over the counter or prescription medications to be given during the school day or questions regarding medication administration at school.
