http://www.nvnet.org/nvhs/edresource/index.html is a great website with many resources. It covers all subject areas K-8, including specials and also includes lesson plans for them as well. It includes Webquests, tutorials, printable rubrics and worksheets. It also has many tools for administration purposes, staff development and Special Education Services. There are also many links to other educational resources. I'm not sure how often the website is updated, but the tools that are available are very useful and are applicable across the curriculum.
